Postage

Smile Caravans provides free post within New Zealand with an extra 5 dollar charge for rural. Please make sure to manually add the rural charge to your order before moving on to the checkout. Smile Caravans will not send anything to a rural address unless the rural charge is included in the order.

Refunds

Smile caravans will provide a full refund on any faulty or broken product(s) reported to us within 20 days after purchase. The refund will only be processed if purchased item(s) are returned to Smile Caravans.

Smile caravans will not be responsible for any other damages or costs that faulty or broken product(s) may cause.
