Spout swivels up and down. This tap is commonly used under the sinks lid.

300mm Hose tail connection, as pictured.

Happy to convert it to work with a 12mm push in fitting, just let us know. Alternatively, you could just do away with the push in fitting in simply secure to the hose tail with a hose clamp. (heat up the 12mm JG pipe a little and it'll slide over no problem)
