Spout swivels up and down. This tap is commonly used under the sinks lid.

300mm Hose tail connection, as pictured.

Conversion to work with 12mm push in fitting available. 

Alternatively, you could just do away with the push in fitting in simply secure to the hose tail with a hose clamp. (heat up the 12mm JG pipe a little and it'll slide over no problem)
